Delivery Partnership
Millwater, NDPHC & EKEDP have signed a Project Agreement (PPA) under which they would collaboratively develop and implement a project in Agbara, Ogun State, and Lekki, Lagos State, to augment and stabilize grid supplies to industrial and other bulk clients. The goal is to raise all necessary funds to debottleneck, remove all grid limitations (95 percent or more), and improve grid supply to improve power quality and eliminate unforeseen outages.

NDPHC is a private limited liability company with a responsibility to handle power projects designated “National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP)” and whose shares are entirely subscribed by the federal, state, and local governments.
